1. Service

PocketScan Pro provides tools for document capture, edge detection, perspective correction, size setup, page layout, history, export, and sharing. Features may change as the app evolves.

2. User content

You retain your rights to the content you capture, import, or create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process such content and that your use is lawful.

3. Restrictions

• Do not use PocketScan Pro to forge, alter, or misuse IDs, receipts, contracts, or other documents.
• Do not bypass subscriptions, authorization, or security limits.
• Do not use PocketScan Pro for unlawful purposes.

4. Accuracy

PocketScan Pro aims to provide clear scans, correction, and real-size layout. However, camera angle, image quality, printer settings, paper tolerances, and system scaling can affect final size and clarity. Please review important documents before use.

5. Subscriptions and paid features

The free version includes 3 lifetime save or export actions and allows up to 2 documents on one sheet. Pro can be unlocked with a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase. Pricing, period, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store purchase sheet and the Subscription Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, interface, icon, brand, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app unless expressly permitted.

7. Disclaimer

PocketScan Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or business loss caused by using or being unable to use the app.
